An ethical used car dealer is not an oxymoron at Kalona Auto. Have purchased two vehicles from them. Fast, honest and very fair prices. Very pleased with both experiences.
A 2 hour interaction during which the dealer not only went back on agreed upon price but then tried to charge me $500 over asking/sticker price. Used emotional manipulation and tried to take advantage of the fact I'm a women by making up information assuming I did not know better. Will not be back and do not recommend. Also tried to sell me a car off of different lot with 40,000 more miles and 1000.00 over asking price. Very suspect and dishonest.
